Located right next to Faneuil Hall, we had easy access to the MBTA system and a ton of places to eat. Boston's North End is a stones-throw away as well. Our 1-bedroom room was spacious. The pull-out bed was very comfortable as well. The room had a small refrigerator with a legitimate freezer as well as a kitchen sink. The staff was incredibly friendly and always acknowledged us as we passed through the lobby. The hotel had an incredible observation deck to view the entire city. We spent time sitting there and just enjoying the view. The laundry room had 2-3 washers and 2-3 dryers, all of which were free to use. They also had other amenities like a theater for movie nights, pool table, chess board, and playstation that we did not use. The hotel also hosted activities like whisky tasting and provided cookies and popcorn on specific afternoons. They had a common dining area where guests could get free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate throughout the day. I would definitely come back.

Excellent location. Very clean. Spacious suites. The Observation Deck on the 26th floor offers stunning views; went up in the morning, at sunset and at night for different looks. The laundry room on the 24th floor was very useful. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Monica at the front desk gave us plenty of information regarding cafes, restaurants and city tours. Sean at the reception was friendly and cheerful. The bartender had a lovely disposition. The gym has enough equipment to help maintain one's fitness while travelling. We had a wonderful time. Note: There is no coffee shop on site. For Five Coffee Roasters is across the street and Tradesman Coffee Shop and Lounge at the Hilton is a block or two a way (excellent coffee).

We love staying Here. However, for the price, continental breakfast should be free. Elevator to observation deck was broken. That was disappointing. Requested early check in. That didn't happen. No reason that shouldn't be honored. Hot Cider in the Lobby would be a nice touch if it wasnt empty for 2 days. Perpetual homeless person living in the 7-11 doorway 25 feet away is unpleasant. With the Boston Harbor Hotel so close in proximity Marriott should be more attentive to details.

Great location, beautiful view of city from the top floor and amazing staff! Staff was very personable and proactive with our needs. The front desk saw us walk in with two young kids and called our room to see if we needed a pack and play. When it came, it was already set-up and ready for us to use. Housekeeping staff was amazing too!

Janet

The room was great. We were on the 8th floor, and it felt like we were alone on it. The staff was friendly and the hotel was well situated, in walking distance from attractions like the aquarium, the old state house, Faneuil & the Quincy market. A big plus with small children!
